Travel Spain

What more can I say about Spain but, simply beautiful. Over the course of this review, I will breakdown my vacation and give you tip's to save and make sure you have a great time.

On my very first trip to Spain, I traveled to a little island off the coast called Ibiza. This island is world famous for it's crystal clear beache's and night life. I arrived at a small airport, D' Ibiza San Jose, which was the most amazing arrival I have ever been on because it seemed like I was going to land right on the ocean water. Flying into the airport your able to see much of the island and the neighboring Mallorca island. Taxi's are availible but I recommend taking the bus to get to your destination. My bus ticket was 5 euro and took me right to my destination. Luckily the island is not that large so getting to your destination should not be too difficult. English is spoken throughout the island as well so if you do not speak spanish, you will not have a big problem getting around.Enjoy facts about Spain to aid you in your travels.

Lodging in Ibiza is not relatively cheap. Although I did go explore some hotels which offered decent rooms at a rate of 30 euro a night. Hostels can be found throughout the isalnd but many choose to stay along the coast. Which I can see why. Most of the excitement is on the coast. I payed 50 euro a night for the hotel I stayed at and it offered me all the accomodations that a normal american hotel would offer except air conditioning. In fact, many hotel's I visited did not offer this feature. Bear this in mind when plannig to travel to this exoctic destination. The picture to the right is from the room that I stayed in:)))

Now for the best part, site's to see. I visited alot of beautiful places during my travels and I found Ibiza come's to life at night:) Definately, for the party crowd out there, I recommend you got to a club called priviledge. This club is the Guiness Book of World Record holder for the world's largest dance club. And let me tell you it's huge. Do not fall into the same trap I did and buy tickets at the front door, you can go to resturaunts along the coast which sell ticket's at a discounted place. I bought tickets at the door for 30 euro and found I could buy ticket's at a resturaunt for only 10 euro. Also when going to the club, you will enjoy a world like no other. Another part of spain are sea tours which take you around the island which will run you 15 euro. Take the time to take tours and see alot of Ibiza and Spain's culture that most travelers don't get to see.

Ibiza, in general, has some of the best cuisine's that a travel destination can offer. I found the best cuisine's on the coast where a plate of Spain's delicious fish will cost around 5 euro which is relatively cheap. Some other resturaunts offer traditional spaniard food's and these price's are relativley the same as the coastal foods. I recommend though only eating out once and a while. And when traveling on hike's or day excursions, go to the local food store's and stock up on food. Ibiza has some of the finest night life and daytime activities any european destination has to offer. If you play is smart consider some of my recommendations, I know your vacation will be that of one to remember:)
